This blue Plan C belted maxi dress is crafted with cotton gabardine in Italy and features a scoop neck and back, a criss-cross tie belted waist and a flared full-length skirt. Like Belle, we’re saving our yellow gown for a dance with the beast (we don’t even know who our beast is yet). Until then, and for our more regular activities, we’ll be twirling around in this Plan C dress.
