This 18K rose gold Bibi Van Der Velden diamond and sapphire shell pendant has been expertly crafted in the UK and features an intricate pendant on a chain. The sterling silver shell is encrusted with a combination of brown diamonds and green and blue sapphires and accented with a playful figurine.
