Heritage footwear brand G.H. Bass & Co was founded in 1876 by George Henry Bass asserting a name for itself in American history for durable and quality penny loafer shoes made authentically by hand. George’s aim was simple: ‘To make the best possible shoe for the purpose for which it was intended.’ And so he did. Their signature slip-on style, the ‘Weejuns’, has graced the feet of JFK Kennedy.
