Known for colour, prints, textures and embroidery, Dries Van Noten launched the eponymous label and opened his first boutique in 1986, after graduating from Antwerp’s Royal Academy of Fine Arts. A member of the influential Antwerp Six, Dries Van Noten is a mentor in the art of clashing clothes, experimenting with delicate detailing and notice-me boldness. Expect feather-trimmed skirts, colourful snake print trench coats, floral jacquard sweaters, studded trousers, printed kimonos and plenty of opulent jewels - all of which should be worn at the same time.
